How to make electric guitars sound like bass?
Is there a way (tuning wise, i cannot buy any pedals or anything) that I can tune my six-string guitar sounds more like the electric guitar electric bass?
ok cheapest way is to find the octave pedal is the best PG I've played you can make it sound Hammond B3 organ or the like in your case .... a six string bass after you buy a pedal tone tho take your keys and change them to the lowest setting that you can now I would not recommend this unless you have the pedals and active but yes and if you want your bass sound throughout the performance and then cut and insert the MID and enhance the bass's amp output combine that with heavy gauge strings and you have a good voice. plus it would and look better than buying the bass at a reasonable price. but if you are broke as Last hell .... decrease in the step down to see how you like it then repeat until you feel comfortable like I said earlier ... eq confuse you too much and uses neck pickup. cheers
